Generic Requirements

Test Project Management

  1. General
    • MBA from a reputed institute
    • Experience in working with customers in European market
    • Experience in modern software engineering and project management tools
    • Experience in software testing and software test automation
  2. Tools
    • Microsof Project
    • IBM Rational Software Delivery Platform
  3. Experience
    • At least 6 years of experience in project management
    • out of which 2 years should be in software testing
  4. Certification
    • IBM Certified Solution Designer - IBM Rational Unified Process v7.0

Software Engineering Discipline - Business Modeling

  1. General
    • Candidate with good Vertical/Domain expertise.
    • Exposure to Business Solution Architecting.
    • Good understanding of OO principles.
    • Ability to visualize and represent solutions graphically
    • Good understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language).
  2. Tools

    • IBM Websphere Business Modeler
  3. Certification

    • Good familiarity with OO Principles and Practise.
    • Use Case driven development approach

    • Different implementation platforms with .Net, J2EE
    • Good understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language).

    • Exposure into collaborative working environment with at least 50 member project teams
    • Exposure to parallel development
    • Exposure to Build management and Release control
